SMS/Text Message Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By expressly opting into an SMS/text messaging program operated by Swope Family of Dealerships and its affiliated dealerships ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these SMS/Text Message Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description and Consent

Depending on the consent choices you make, text messages may include:

  • Transactional and conversational communications, such as appointment reminders, test-drive scheduling, vehicle availability information, service and maintenance updates, purchase-related communications, account notifications, and responses to your questions.
  • Promotional and marketing communications, such as dealership news, vehicle offers, service offers, special events, and other promotions.

Message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or leasing any vehicle, product, or service.

Opting Out – STOP

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received a message. After you send STOP, we may send one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Opting out of one messaging program may not unsubscribe you from other programs operated by us for which you have separately provided consent.

Message Frequency, Charges, and Delivery

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the communication preferences you select. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions concerning your text or data plan.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.

Privacy and Mobile Information

We respect your privacy. No mobile information, mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to subcontractors and service providers that support our messaging program, such as telecommunications providers, messaging-platform providers, and customer-service providers, solely as necessary to provide those services. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other third-party data-sharing categories.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS/Text Message Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will become effective when the revised terms are posted on this page.
